How do I know what size to order?
Our trucker hats and snapbacks feature adjustable closures (snapback or mesh back) that fit most head sizes comfortably. Scarves are one-size-fits-all. If you have specific sizing concerns, please contact us at rugali.se@gmail.com.
What colors are available?
Our KANGA 001 collection is available in multiple colorways including Black, Brown, Beige, and Burgundy. Color availability varies by product type.
Can I customize my order?
Not at the moment.
Do you offer matching sets?
Yes! We offer coordinated Hat + Scarf sets for a complete look. You can also mix and match individual items from the same collection.

How long does shipping take?
Within Sweden: 2-5 business days
Outisde of Sweden: 5-7 business days
What shipping companies do you use?
We use Postnord and DHL to ensure reliable delivery of your orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or local taxes.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

How do I return an item?

Care Instructions
How do I care for my RUGALI products?
Trucker hats and snapbacks: Spot clean with mild soap and water. Air dry only.
Scarves: Follow care label instructions. Most can be hand washed in cold water.
