SHIPPING
Postnord and DHL is the shipping company we use for our consumers. We ensure that your parcel is delivered within 2-7 business days to guarantee a swift delivery. Please note that any charges or fees due to customs or local taxes are your responsibility.

PRICING
The price of shipping is calculated at the checkout.
RETURNS
All Sales are final unless else is stated. For orders that are not final, email us with your order number for the return note.
If we supply an incorrect order e.g. wrong size, wrong design we will correct our mistake. Please get in touch with us upon receipt of your order, any exchanges will be conditional and must be returned to us unworn and in the original packaging. You can contact us at rugali.se@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we'll send you return instructions, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
